Yes they do
They have BBQ, it's on special nights of the week. I would just check the schedule.

Food was fantastic, service was superb, and the portions were good. Get the biscuits with the pepper jelly for sure. We had the fried chicken and country fried steak, we'd recommend them both. Rusty himself checks in to ensure everything is going well. He's great and the food is even better!
I have to say I was quite disappointed having read all the positive reviews.Upon entering the restaurant we are greeted by a bitter weird smell. The service was good and the food in large portions. However, I found all of the food very bland and tasteless. Now, I don't eat a lot of salt so I don't think it's just me. Is this what southern food is supposed to taste like?
Great food, amazing service in a clean homey atmosphere. We loved every item we ordered, not a miss in the bunch.
Simply a great restaurant that I feel so at home at. Highly recommend for good, southern food, with a really nice staff and a comfortable environment. Very highly recommended!
New spot for the family. The presentation of the food was great, but the taste didn’t match what was in front of me. The only thing that was tasty were the biscuits, shrimp from the grits, and the cream kale. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pretty laid back.
I really wanted to like this place more as the great beer selection, decor, personable staff, and even regulars I struck up a conversation with were all nice. However, the food was just OK. I had the fried chicken which was moist but the skin just fell apart off the meat and the meat was almost wet. I had to add mustard and hot sauce to get any flavor into the chicken. The mac and cheese was better but was just OK.
I suggest getting a few things to share; sliders, ribs, mac n cheese, all so good!! Thank you Rusty for delivering my beer & pouring it for me, nice touch.😊
It's hard to find quality southern food in SF, but this place does it. I personally find it to be much better than Brenda's - especially on the fried chicken front. Great sides too. The collard greens are fantastic. It's not quite as good as what you'll find in the South, but it's the best we got.
Fantastic family owned business in SF with friendly staff and owners that care! Rusty and Cody bring an authentic southern charm to SF. Delicious food and best fried chicken sandwich in Bay Area although pork chop or shrimp and grits are ridiculously good as well. Must try place with reasonable prices for high quality food and experience.
Live for this place! I mean, pimento cheese croquettes? You had me at sweet tea! (With fresh mint....and the good crunchy ice...) Eggs Benedict to kneel before, and a wait/bar staff so adorable I scribbled my number down on three different cocktail napkins and still had to write it on the back of the busboys hand because I was out of copies by the time we finished brunch...Oink! Oink!
Fantastic people and incredibly delicious food. The chocolate pecan pie is one of the best things that I have ever had.
My friend and I thought the food here was delicious! I highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly great atmosphere! We will be returning.
I immediately felt comfortable at Rusty's with a large space, a busy but not packed restaurant and a warm greetings from the bartender and every server. Service was quick and friendly. We tried the chicken fried steak, Nashville hot chicken sliders (each almost the size of a fast food sandwich) and the Mac and cheese. We enjoyed everything and the portions were large! We'll have to try the dessert next time. Looking forward to trying the biscuits as well
